Italy Trails Terms and Conditions

With this cancellation policy, we have aimed to strike a thoughtful balance between accommodating our guests’ needs and addressing the challenges of an increasingly complex industry.

Cancellation Policy

We hope nothing comes between you and your dream holiday with Italy Trails. Should you need to cancel your reservation, or any part of it, please notify us via our email contacts. The cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your request.

The cancellation fees based on the date of cancellation are as follows:

Cancellation within 90 days of arrival: penalty of 20% on the amount of the trip plus any airline reservations or any other service already paid in full and non-refundable.
Cancellation between 89 days and 60 days: penalty of 40% plus airline reservations or any other service already paid in full and non-refundable.
Cancellation between 59 days and 30 days: 50% penalty airline reservations or any other service already paid in full and non-refundable.
Cancellation between the 29th day until arrival: 100% penalty

Two years voucher option

You have the option to convert your credit of what you already paid into a voucher with validity for a new trip in the following two years. If you choose this option, the voucher will not be convertible into cash.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that provides coverage for both health-related issues and the services offered by Italy Trails.
