The Torretta crusher is equipped with a modern milling plant, made with innovative technologies. A team of qualified technicians follows the process of processing olives, which come from the olive trees of the vast territory of the province of Salerno, in the hilly landscape that extends between Battipaglia, Montecorvino Rovella, Serre and Eboli.

Il Frantoio Torretta, which owes its name to the locality in which it rises, today produces several types of oil, with different labels but of equal excellence: the Diesis Dop Colline Salernitane, fruity and slightly spicy on the palate, the Dedalo Dop Colline Salernitane, with a pleasantly bitter taste and the Dione Extra Vergine di Oliva Torretta elegant and delicate as its name.

Torretta, is today a prestigious and guaranteed brand, with the aim of pursuing the quality and transparency of the product, in favor of consumers.

Fidelity. This is why we set clear, strict and controlled production standards. It is that orientation to perfection that dictates improrogable times of collection and milling. It is the rigour of a selective process that combines analysis and calm, data and patience. Absolute renunciation to haste. One of the fundamentals of our mill, since the laying in the first brick. But perhaps millennia ago: since the Phocians of Magna Graecia chose these lands, and not others, to teach us the cultivation of olives.
