L’ Azienda Agricola Marco Rizzo is a young Cilento farm equipped with an oil mill that produces organic extra virgin olive oil, cold extract and high sensory profile.

Through a work of recovery and study of the autochthonous cultivars and the organoleptic profiles that result from them, we have managed to express in our extra virgin oils the strong and elegant character of an olive oil heritage little known, Launching the sensory originality of minor varieties on an international scale. 

The passion for nature, for the land, for a job that we like and the challenge aimed at raising each year more the bar of quality, has led us over time to specialize in profiling, with refined processing techniques, oils from major Italian cultivars, to become the main actors of a real school of consultancy in national and international production contexts.

The Olio Rizzo Farm

 
Our farm is located in Italy, in the heart of the Cilento National Park, in the territory of Felitto, province of Salerno, and it consists of a group of young people engaged in the production of organic EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, certified ICEA (Environmental and Ethical Certification Institute), cold extracted and of the highest quality.
 
Through a work of recovery and study of autochthonous cultivars and their organoleptic profiles, we have been able to express in our EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil the strong and elegant traits of a little known olivicultural heritage, launching on an international scale the sensorial uniqueness of minor varieties.
 
Over time, we have specialized in profiling oils from the major Italian cultivars with refined processing techniques, to the point of becoming olive oil consultants in national and international production contexts.
 
The Azienda Agricola Marco Rizzo produces both monovarietal EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Slow Food Presidium, and blends, recognized in national and international competitions and guidebooks, among the best extra virgin olive oils in Italy.
 
We believe in a quality project accessible to all, in eating well, healthy, and on promoting awareness on the benefits of EVOO extra virgin olive oil.
