Fattoria Santa Lucia was born in 1989 from the passion and experience of Salvatore Griffo who finally decided to realize his dream. The project was born with the objective of following the entire bufalina chain formed by the cultivation of forage and then pass to the production of milk, up to the processing of buffalo mozzarella. The production follows artisan traditions, always respecting the quality and excellence of our products that are our strengths.

Our dairy is the heart of production: a place where respect for raw materials meets craftsmanship. Here, every step is carefully taken to guarantee authentic products, with a unique and unmistakable taste. Mozzarella, ricotta, caciocavallo and other cheeses tell our story, made of commitment and love for the territory.

Our project to follow the entire chain of buffalos is getting bigger and, step by step, we manage to inaugurate four points of sale. Thanks to our expansion, our production of mozzarella, ricotta and cheese is daily distributed on the local market through the 5 sales points between Sessa Aurunca, Formia and Gaeta to ensure direct sale from the producer to the consumer.

Given our strong vocation for didactics and food education, we decided to open the doors of our farm and welcome visitors large and small to explain the secrets to obtain a mozzarella of the highest quality. You can visit the farm, the company, the production of mozzarella, but also to taste our typical products, and not only, living a day in the name of nature.
